Moving in to your new home!

  • Plan your arrival – let us know your move-in date in advance so we can prepare everything for you.

  • Pick up your keys at the agreed time and get a quick tour of the apartment and shared spaces.

  • Settle in and make yourself at home – your room is fully furnished, and everything’s ready for you to start your stay in Aachen.

FAQ

Our accommodations are strategically located near universities, public transport and essential amenities (supermarkets, restaurants…).

Proximity to bus stops, train stations and other transit options are taken into consideration with all our offers.

The safety of our tenants is our priority. Our apartments are located in well-known, safe and student friendly neighbourhoods.

The displayed rent covers all amenities like Wi-Fi, electricity, heating and water. The apartments are also fully furnished and well-maintained. All you need to bring is a pillow! (for hygienic reasons, pillows are not provided by us).

Following the German regulations, tenants must agree to a minimum stay of 6 months. If you wish to leave early, you are contractually obligated to notify us 3 months in advance.
